A position that excites you

  • In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality employee experience across the full lifecycle
  • You will ensure HR processes, documentation, and employee records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready within a regulated environment
  • You will partner closely with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and broader people-related initiatives
  • You will drive improvements in HR systems (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors) and contribute to making processes more efficient and intuitive
  • You will play an active role in shaping a forward-looking HR agenda, including talent development, engagement, and DEIB initiatives
  • You will bring solid HR experience (ideally in financial services), together with a strong understanding of UK compliance requirements
  • You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive topics with confidence and discretion

A profile that excites us

You will thrive in this role when you...

  • bring solid experience in an HR Officer or Adviser role, ideally within a regulated environment such as financial service, as well as a strong understanding of UK HR processes and compliance requirements
  • are highly organised, detail-driven, and confident handling sensitive information
  • are able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a structured and calm approach
  • you have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels
  • you feel comfortable working with HR systems and data (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial)

 

Nice to have skills

  • Additional experience in areas such as HR analytics, process optimisation, project management, or employee experience design would be advantageous
  • Interest or involvement in diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives is very welcome
  • CIPD qualification (Level 7) or progress towards it would be a plus 
  • German language skills are considered a plus
