Associate Director Structured Finance Origination Infrastructure

- Contribute to the origination, thoughtful structuring and successful delivery of international project finance transactions in the infrastructure sector.
- Work on tasks such as financial modelling, analysis, market insights, due diligence, coordinating with external advisors, reviewing documentation, preparing credit applications, and engaging with clients and stakeholders – all within a collaborative team environment.
- Play an active role in the pitching process by preparing bid packages, pitch materials, pricing assessments and rating analysis.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams including Credit Risk Management, Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Legal and Treasury – in a culture that values respectful cross‑team collaboration.
- Grow and maintain a network of advisor and sponsor relationships, with support from experienced colleagues.
- Contribute to wider team initiatives such as client database management, digital marketing and presentations.

As part of the team, you will help originate new opportunities in the European infrastructure market, working with clients in areas such as data centres, fibre networks, rolling stock, roads, airports, housing and healthcare. You will interact with diverse stakeholders while being supported by a team that values collaboration, inclusion, continuous learning and work‑life balance.
A profile that convinces us
We believe you will thrive in this role if you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of project finance experience in financial services, banking or industry.
- Curiosity and understanding of infrastructure asset classes.
- Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills, paired with good organisational abilities.
- Experience with Excel and financial modelling, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- A collaborative mindset, flexibility and the ability to maintain a positive, solution‑oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to travel within Europe when required, with support to plan travel in a sustainable and balanced way.
